Reasons Why Positive Self Love Affirmations Work!

Self love affirmations help us push away negative feelings about ourselves. They help you build self-esteem and take action with your life.

It may feel strange at first to say these affirmations to yourself. In the beginning,, you may not even believe they are true. Don’t let that discourage you from using affirmations as a way to showing self love.

When you repeat an affirmation, it begins to take hold in your daily thoughts. You will believe the affirmations to be true. This helps with your internal positive thinking.

Writing them down also helps. Create post-it notes and put them next to your computer, on your bathroom mirror and your refrigerator. This will help reinforce the messages and will train your mind to accept the truth of self-love more and more often.
