Acts of Kindness Calendar

I love random acts of kindness. These deeds really do make a difference in the world and in the lives of others. We are often surrounded by negativity. We hear about war, school shootings, online bullies and so much more.

It’s time to spread more kindness in the world. Use this acts of kindness calendar as inspiration to do more good in your little piece of the world. I bet you’ll inspire others to do the same.

There are 7 random acts of kindness per month. Put a heart sticker on days when you or your kids do something kind for someone else. Spread the word by printing out a calendar for a friend.

The greater the number of people that commit to performing these acts of kindness, the more exponential the effect because of its contagious nature.

Why use this acts of kindness calendar?

With only 7 acts of kindness per month, you won’t put too much stress on yourself to do something every day, but you will have a daily reminder to keep it at the forefront of your mind. Place each month on your refrigerator as a constant reminder to do good. Besides, they are so easy to do it will be hard to make excuses not to make other people smile.

If you have children, spreading kindness is such a wonderful life lesson. It’s a great way to bond as a family, a lot of fun, and teaches kids about compassion and service. Any act of kindness no matter how big or small can make a difference–especially when done intentionally.

Some of my favorite acts of kindness ideas include:

  • Put $5 in 3 random mailboxes in your neighborhood
  • Put kindness sticky notes on random cars in a parking lot
  • Leave a potted plant on a neighbors doorstep
  • Leave quarters in a laundromat
