The time in my day when I most like to relax is right after I get the kids off to school. After the hustle of making breakfast, packing lunches and backpacks, getting my son on the bus, and driving my daughter to school (which is 25 minutes each way), I try to have a little “me time.”

Okay I have a confession – I LOVE BUTTER, REAL butter. I love it so much I literally eat it PLAIN! I have some sort of twisted love for the stuff but it has to be good pure butter and I have seen this at the store but bought others first. I WILL try this now!

Gourmet butter with bread sounds delicious. I don’t think we have ShopRite in my area (Michigan) but if we do let me know.
I don’t use anything but butter when I am baking – if you ask me it’s what makes baked goods shine. I’ve not heard of Finlandia butter – I’ll have to look for it.
