After coming of the Holiday Booty Buster Challenge through Run to the Finish, I was looking forward to finding another challenge to build on my momentum. I found the Best Body Bootcamp through Tina Reale.
This challenge is an 8 week program with workouts and tracking forms. Each week I’ll workout at least 5 times with a combo of strength and cardio. I will also track at least 2 goals each week. For this week, I am aiming to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water and come in at or slightly below my calorie max with My Fitness Pal.
The Bootcamp started with a fitness test so I can track my progress the next time I take it. Hear are today’s results:
Wall Sit: 1:15
Push-ups: 25 in 1 minute (last 5 on knees)
Burpees: 17 in one minute before my form started to suck
1 Mile Run: 10:17
