Living Room Fitness: Butt and Thigh Exercises
Get your lower body in shape with these effective butt and thigh exercises. I’ve begun a series called “Living Room Fitness” because these are workouts you can do with no equipment in small spaces like your living room or bedroom. All you need is a matt or a carpeted surface and your body weight. Give these butt and thigh exercises a try and let me know what you think.

That makes me tired just looking at it!

Good for you. I love Turbo Kick. It’s only good when you have a great instructor. I’ve even been to Turbo Camp with Chalene herself. So much fun!
I so need this – butt and tighs is my #1 problem
This looks like push ups for your thighs, haha, what a great, quick workout to tone!
I’ve gained 5 pounds out of nowhere this summer, so my butt and thighs definitely could use this. Thanks for sharing!
I do not know why it is so hard for me to work out at home….this looks so quick (not easy) but I can never just take a few minutes to do anything….I have to go somewhere….why is that?
I feel you. I get so busy at home and I need to remind myself that even 15-20 minutes can make a difference.
I used to do exercises like that until my knee injury. I can’t do them anymore. But they worked great when I could. I love that there are “at home” workout videos that let you work in your living room and with small spaces.
Have you ever tried the walking videos with Leslie Sansone? I hear they are quite good and very low impact with not too much of a knee bend since you basically walk in place. I hope you are able to find exercises that are safe for you to keep your body healthy.
