Are you trying to cut back on some calories and looking for places to do it? Here is a great healthy recipe for cauliflower rice.
1 cup rice = 200 calories (average)
1 cup cauliflower rice = 25 calories (average)
When processed, cauliflower looks, tastes and has the same consistency as rice!
Easy directions: 1. Chop up the cauliflower a bit 2. Throw it in a food processor for a while 3. Put it in a microwave safe dish with about a tablespoon of water and heat for around 3-4 minutes. 4. Garnish with whatever you normally would rice!
We love our cauliflower with sweet and sour chicken, mixed with veggies, as a side with cheese and butter and so much more!
