Christmas Cupcake Decorating Ideas

Holiday Tree Cupcake

This is a fun one that my son created. He used a marshmallow tree, white icing for the outer edge, red icing for the inner circle, green spiced gumdrops, and a bit of powdered sugar to simulate snowfall. I love the way it looks like a tree with shrubs.

Holiday Wreath Gingerbread Cupcake

I created this holiday wreath cupcake with white icing, red and green spiced gumdrops and powdered sugar. I sliced the gumdrops into small circles to create the wreath and ribbon center. Then I cut one of the red circles in half to create the rest of the ribbon. The gumdrops combined with the gingerbread cake is really delicious.
