A Delicious New Condiment Takes the Lead in My Healthy Meals

Do you have a favorite go-to condiment? Have you considered whether or not it’s a healthy choice? So many condiments are full of sugar, salt, saturated fats and artificial ingredients or preservatives. I’ve found a new condiment that is taking a lead role in my healthy meals. Tomato Basil Avocado Toast

I created a super easy and tasty recipe with the GoAvo Basil Avocado Spread.

  • 1 slice of your favorite bread
  • 1.5 tablespoons GoAvo Basil Avocado Spread
  • 4 slices of plum tomato
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Toast bread, spread GoAvo evenly, place tomato slices on top, garnish with basil and dig in! The flavors are amazing!

GoAvo contains the “healthy” monosaturated and polyunsaturated fat from avocados, which means less total fat, fewer calories and no cholesterol vs. leading mayonnaise and vegan mayonnaise brands. GoAvo is plant-based, non GMO, soy-free, and does not consist of any artificial preservatives.

Zesty Veggie Crunch Salad

Next, I tried the GoAvo Chipotle Avocado Spread. It’s got a nice blend of the smooth avocado flavor with the kick of chipotle. This salad is great for lunch or perhaps for a side for a Mexican themed dinner. This is a single serving recipe.

  • 1/2 chopped baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup plum tomatoes quartered
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoons GoAvo Chipotle Avocado Spread

Stir with fork until all ingredients are thoroughly coated with the GoAvo Spread. Spoon over mixed greens. Enjoy! 

The Original GoAvo spread is also great. I’ve used it instead of mayo in my tuna salad. The GoAvo site has some great recipe ideas. I think I’ll make the Warm White Bean & Asparagus Salad next. YUM! Go to the GoAvo site and use the store locator to find a retailer near you.
