I happened to see this on Spark People so I did a little more research. I must admit that I had no idea that peas were so full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein. Peas are often an easy way to fit get your kids to eat something healthy when all they want is chicken nuggets or hot dogs. Have you kids try frozen sweet peas as a special treat. Make eating them fun by sliding peas on each tine of their forks.
