As a busy mom and blogger, I always have deadlines to deal with and schedules to juggle. I also try to fit in workouts, but the stress of everything else on my plate can zap my energy and lead to insomnia. On top of this, I’ve been bad about taking my daily vitamins. Well, I had the pleasure of having the folks at Natural Vitality reach out to me to review several of their products. Wow! This was perfect timing. It was like Natural Vitality to the rescue! Here is some more information about the products I have been using for the past few weeks. I’ve included some fun drink recipes for each product as well.

Getting a boost of energy before I pick up the kids after school has been a really welcome addition to my day. Ideally energy begins with a balanced diet, but this is often easier said than done. When my diet lacks proper nutrition, I often turn to sugar and caffeine for quick energy boosts. Energy 28 has been a great alternative for me.
According to Natural Vitality, “Energy28 was created to deliver supplemental natural energy from whole-food and natural sources.” Main ingredients include:
- Golden Chlorella Omega
- Organic Maca
- Bioenergy Ribose
- 24 Organic Fruits and Veggies
With Energy 28, I don’t feel quite so guilty when I need to stop for takeout between soccer and gymnastics carpools. Below is another great drink recipe to try with Energy 28.
Drink Recipe: Lemon Strawberry Delight
- 1 packet Energy 28
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup organic lemonade
- 4 strawberries sliced
Organic Life Vitamins
I have some great multi-vitamins in my cabinet. The problem is that I forgot to take them far too often. I also don’t like taking such big pills. Having the Natural Vitality liquid vitamin supplement has been working much better for me. I love that they are a liquid supplement that is also organic.
Natural Vitality says, “Organic Life Vitamins is packed with organic plant-sourced energy along with other important nutrients to give your body a daily foundation of premium nutrition.” They only make liquid or water-soluble powders for efficient nutrient delivery into the body.
Drink Recipe: The OLV Rise and Shine
I decided to make a drink that can be enjoyed anytime of the day, but is extra fitting for breakfast or brunch.
- 1 oz. Organic Life Vitamins – I used the individual packets
- 1 cup fresh OJ
- ½ cup sparkling water (try flavored like perhaps cranberry or lime)
- Fresh orange slice or two
- Mix – YUM!
According to Natural Vitality, “Natural Calm is the solution to both restoring a healthy magnesium level and balancing your calcium intake—the result of which is natural stress relief.” Sometimes, stress is truly my middle name. Natural Calm has made a difference in reducing my stress levels and helping me sleep better.
Magnesium deficiency can lead to a variety of conditions such as:
- Stress, anxiety and panic attacks
- Constipation and IBS symptoms
- Heart disease
- Headaches and migraines
- Musculoskeletal conditions (e.g. fibromyalgia, muscle spasms, cramps, etc)
- PMS symptoms
I tried the organic raspberry-lemon formula. Natural Calm also comes in original, cherry, and orange flavors. Consider trying Natural Calm and here’s a great drink recipe to try along with it:
