Happy Earth Day to you too! Being a green living blogger and family, Earth Day is one of our favorite days! I have been celebrating it ever since I was in high school and was a member of our environmental club in high school!

Very cool! I've always loved Earth Day, since I was born and raised in Vermont. But I don't think I ever even thought about how it was started - And now I know! Thanks Jenn!

I sure wish that South Africa was more Eartaware. In the bigger cities you see a bit more focus on enc=vironment- though not nearly enough. But in the outer areas and the townships, the landscapes are shockingly littered with trash and debris...even getting gas people will simply roll their windows down and chuck out their trash...steps awat from a bin...it really is a problem and there is not notable focus to change it...
