Are you busy? These days, I don’t think many people can answer no to that question. Want to make easy healthy meals? I certainly do. I want to spend more time with my family and less time in the kitchen. The folks at Hood® Sour Cream want us to do the same. With Hood® Sour Cream, meals can be fast, easy, and delicious for busy moms who want the best for their kids and families.
This time of year, I love cooking with the flavors of fall as the summer comes to a close. The evenings here in New England are just starting to get a crisp chill. The leaves will start changing colors before we know it. This delicious salad features classic Thanksgiving flavors of turkey, cranberry and apples. While the weather is warm, serve this salad cold, but it’s also yummy to serve warm as the weather turns colder.
This recipe also features Hood® Sour Cream. Whether stirred up, baked in or used as a topping, it make meals richer and creamier. I like to use Hood® Light Sour Cream so my recipes have less fat and calories.
This is a great dish to serve for a side salad or even on a bed of greens as a main dish. I also love it warm in the fall and winter months. I love that it’s a healthy, wholesome dish for my family. I also like that Hood® Sour Cream is all natural, with no preservatives or artificial ingredients.
I’m very picky with salads but I have to say this looks and sounds delicious!
