Find Your Fitness Motivation for 2015

fitness motivation

2014 was a challenging year. I was plagued by illness, injuries and a family issues that took much of my mental energy. On the bright side, my blog business did quite well, but my fitness levels are near a 5-year low. It’s time to turn to some of my favorite bloggers for some fitness motivation. I hope they will inspire your fitness goals for 2015 as well.

Brooklyn Fit Chick

Margo from BrooklyFitChick.com is one of my favorite fitness peeps. She always has a smile on her face and words of encouragement. One of my favorite features on her blog is her monthly summaries from top fitness magazines. She’ll help you know if an issue is worth checking out or not.

Janice always has great words of wisdom regarding setting and achieving her goals. She has a great post about her goals for 2015. I’m drawing inspiration from this list.

Alan - Sweating-it-off

Alan @SweatingItOff

Alan does not blog all that regularly, but he has a great Twitter feed. Having lost nearly 150 pounds, he is such an inspiration for anyone struggling with their own weight or fitness. I had the pleasure of running an interval 5K with Alan at last year’s Fitbloggin’ conference. It was truly a pleasure. Alan blogs at SweatingUntilHappy.com.

Fit Knit ChickFit Knit Chick

Tamara at FitKnitChick.com is a fantastic role model for women. She specializes in women over 40, but her fitness tips and online coaching is really great for women of all ages. I highly recommend her.

metamorfit

 MetamorFit

Jenny at MetamorFit.com is another amazing success story. A busy mom of 3, Jenny lost over 200 pounds. While her weight loss success is inspirational, it’s her candid sharing of her continued journey that serves as my fitness motivation. I love her recent reflection on her 2014.

run to the finishRun to the Finish

Amanda’s specialty may be running, but her workouts and fitness advice is great for everyone. I love her about focusing on one word to be your guiding message for the year ahead. Amanda has a great YouTube channel too!

Sharing is caring!

  1. Unquestionably believe that that you stated. Your favorite reason seemed to be on the net the easiest factor to
have in mind of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while other people consider issues that they plainly do not
recognize about. You controlled to hit the nail upon the top and defined out
the whole thing without having side-effects , other people can take a signal.

Will likely be again to get more. Thank you
