Getting prepped for back to school can be quite stressful for me. There is so much on the list like backpacks, binders, pencils, markers, and so much more. One stop shopping is what I need. I’m glad that I can find it all at Walmart. I took my son on my recent shopping trip to find the items on his back to school list. I feel like a “Back to School Boss” taking charge of everything we need.
In addition to the typical supplies that my kids need, I keep in mind the extras for the teachers and the schools. Did you know that teachers often spend quite a bit of their own money to get supplies for their classrooms? A few items that they always need are paper towels and tissues. I always like to give these at the beginning of the year.
I also look out for products that have Box Tops for Education. Each box top gives 10 cents to the school. Our school gives little prizes to the kids who collect the most box tops each month. 10 cents might not sound like a lot, but if 10 kids collect 10 each week, that’s $10.00. What a difference we could make if 100 kids collected 10 box tops each week. My kids love to compete with each other to see how many they can collect.
The timing couldn’t be more perfect since Scott, Kleenex and Viva are all offering Double Box Tops on specially marked packages. Those Double Box Tops will go to the schools to be exchanged for products they can use in the classrooms.
Are you ready for your kids to go back to school? If not, head on over to Walmart to find what you need. While your at it. Give back to your schools with Box Tops for Education too!

We love collecting boxtops!! We actually buy products that have them more than the competitors!! My son love storing them and we love seeing how many we can get before sending them in!! Love places that support this program!!
