How is is December already? It feels like the holidays here in New England. We have a roaring fire going and we’ve been hit by the first snow storm of the season.
Quite different from being in Floriday for Thanksgiving. Snug in my livingroom on a snow day started me thinking about my favorite holiday recipes. Holiday Check Mix was one of the first to come to mind.

A holiday snack sure to please everyone on your list is this holiday Chex mix recipe. I’ve adapted this one to make it a bit healthier by skipping the butter and added sugar and marshmallows.

Don’t worry, it’s still delicious!! It’s really tempting for me not to take handfuls as soon as I make it. It’s great for having on hand for holiday movie nights. The recipe is also easy peasy. Try with our festive Sparkling Pomegranate Lemonade.
