My official review is still on its way, but I am amazed how many styles this fun workout has managed to incorporate – there are 30+ dance styles from around the world including Salsa, Hip-Hop, Tahitian, Calypso, Bollywood, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Irish Step, Plena, Blues, Capoeira, Girly Funk, and even Russian Folk.
