Like many families, we have a super busy schedule during the school year. My kids have after school activities nearly every day. My son plays soccer and my daughter participates in dance and gymnastics. I make it a point to provide healthy after school snacks to keep them fueled up for their afternoon activities.
Two of our favorite healthy after school snacks are Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes and Tuna Turkey Sliders. When the kids are not home until after 7pm some nights, these snacks really hold them over until dinner. Tuna salad was always a favorite of mine growing up.
