A Healthier Version of Banana Bread – Low Cal – Low Fat – DELICIOUS!!

healthy banana bread recipe

What is your favorite healthy recipe? I love banana bread! It’s so easy to make and great for using bananas that may have become too soft for other uses. Banana bread is a relatively healthy treat, but the eggs and butter typically used in the recipe can make the calories and fat add up quickly. Here is a healthier version that is just as delicious, but quite a bit lower in fat and calories. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 cup mashed bananas
1/4 cup applesauce
