Let’s focus on eating healthier for the next 30 days. There is no better way to start looking and feeling healthier with summer (and more revealing clothing) on the horizon. This is such an excellent time of year to find fresh ingredients and new foods to try.
The goal of this challenge is not necessarily to make an drastic lifestyle change, but to encourage you to take small steps to eat at least one healthy meal or new healthy food each day. Through our home base on ChallengeLoop.com we can share comments, links, recipes, photos and more. We can also use Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #eathealthychallenge. We will all inspire one another as we share our healthy eating adventure.
Get creative. If you are already a healthy eater, share your ideas with us. Otherwise, any healthy eating tips and experiences are welcome. Ideas include:
