Easy and Delicious Berry Oatmeal Parfait

I love making breakfast recipes. One reason is that it is the most important meal of the day. I need to set myself up with a good source of fuel to kick start my day. A blend of fruits and protein is a great way to go. A breakfast parfait with Kashi GOLEAN is one of my favorites!

Kashi GOLEAN cereal is a lightly sweetened mix of crunchy fiber twigs, crispy soy protein Grahams, and honey-toasted whole grain puffs.  Just one serving supplies 40% of your daily fiber needs and 20% of your daily protein needs. I feel full and energized for hours.
A breakfast parfait is so easy to make. Here’s one of my favorites:
Vanilla Graham Blueberry Bliss
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 1/2 cup Kashi GOLEAN Vanilla Graham Clusters
Simply create layers alternating the Kashi cereal, yogurt and blueberries. My order was Kashi, yogurt, berries, followed by Kashi, yogurt, berries again. It is super delicious!!
Kashi makes breakfast great #oatsmadegreat

 

Another recipe I love is using mixed berries, greek yogurt and barly. So good!
