When I have time, I really love breakfast. We often have strawberry pancakes on Sunday mornings and I love a cup of tea with some fruit and yogurt or granola. Unfortunately, I am letting too much get in the way of eating a healthy breakfast these days. We have a new puppy, my daughter needs crutches due to an accident, I try to get in a morning workout and POOF! before I know it, it’s lunch time. I love blending the Vega One with fresh orange juice and fruit. I made one this morning with the following ingredients:

Vega One Sunrise Breakfast Shake 
I had to give it a cool name, right?

  • 1 Cup OJ
  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 packet Vega One Frech Vanilla Nutrition 
  • 2-4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water

Simply delicious and the extra nutrients and protein keep me feeling full and energized for hours so I can keep up with playing with, and cleaning up after, our puppy.
