We like to create fun family meals where we can watch the games together. Recently, I heard about taking a #MeatlessMondayNight challenge so I decided to give it a try with my family.
Have you ever tried going meatless? It’s easier than you might think. Even if you are a meat lover, you can adopt a more plant-based diet by making small changes. Consider a meatless meal once a week or swapping out some dairy milk for an alternative like soy, almond or cashew milk.
More and more people are recognizing the benefits of meals based on fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains.
