We all have setbacks from time to time. Well, I’ve had a bit of a setback when it comes to my self-care routine. As with many busy moms, I put myself low on the priority list. Setting My Intention for the Day

I was able to sample these at GNC one day while walking by in the mall, they were good, I will be honest I thought they were going to be dry and tasteless. I am working on a routine of self-care too. It is important.

It's really nice to have a morning routine that helps make the whole day so much better! I think it's good to have yoga included because it helps relax your mind and your body!

I need to try these! I have been taking a probiotic daily to help my gut so these are perfect as an on the go option! Definitely needed for overall health
