No-Bake Mini Blueberry Lemon Cheesecakes

This post has been sponsored by the J.M. Smucker Company. All opinions stated are my own.

If you read my blog, you know that I am all about easy cooking. I like to spend more time with my family and less time in the kitchen. This is a busy time of year so getting the family at the table all together can be a challenge.

These No-Bake Mini Blueberry Lemon Cheesecakes are a super easy dessert to throw together in minutes. This pairing has only 5 ingredients: premade graham cracker crusts, cream cheese, vanilla Greek yogurt, and Smucker’s® Fruit & Honey™ Blueberry Lemon Fruit Spread. Refrigerate for an hour and “Viola!” I have a delicious dessert for the entire family to enjoy. It gets them to the table almost instantly!

I flavored these cheesecakes with the delicious blueberry and lemon flavor of the new Smucker’s Fuit & Honey Fruit Spreads line. These spreads are naturally sweetened with honey, have simple ingredients and no preservatives.

I’ve had the opportunity to try all four flavors. It’s hard to pick a favorite. They are all so good. They are as follows:

  • Fruit & Honey Strawberry Fruit Spread
  • Fruit & Honey Triple Berry Fruit Spread
  • Fruit & Honey Blueberry Lemon Fruit Spread
  • Fruit & Honey Tropical Fruit Spread

It’s time to take your fruit spread beyond just toast and sandwiches. The Smucker’s Fuit & Honey Fruit Spreads provide a classic balance of sweet and tart flavors. Even my picky kids love them!

My Blueberry Lemon Cheesecakes was inspired by this idea, there are some fun pairing ideas at I really want to try savory ideas too like the On-the-Go Quinoa salad with Strawberry Balsamic Dressing.

You can find Smucker’s Fuit & Honey Fruit Spreads at select retailers including Walmart, Target, Publix, Ahold, Delhaize and Safeway. Visit for a list of Smucker’s fruit spreads varieties and product locator.

I really liked this, its something that I can eat and not feel like I need to go on a 2 mile run right after.

  2. I have always loved the Smucker’s Brand. I use some of their products in a poppy seed Coffee cake I make. I really like that this brand is sweetened with honey versus sugar. It would make me more inclined than ever to buy it.
