As a work-at-home mom, stress comes with the territory; sick kids, laundry, cooking, carpools, blogging deadlines, etc. Most of my friends complain about “mom” stress. We also share ideas for how to reduce stress in our lives. We talk about escaping with a good pedicure, massage or facial, but these services are not always easy to fit into my schedule, or my budget. I am happy to report that I have a new stress reduction trick up my sleeve. Ok, it’s really in my fridge and not my sleeve. It’s Neuro Bliss.
What’s Neuro Bliss?
Here’s what the company says:
“Neuro Bliss is a delicious tropical citrus lychee flavored drink designed to reduce stress and relax the mind. It contains chamomile and a powerful blend of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants including L-theanine, an amino acid found in green tea which has been found to reduce stress, produce relaxation and enhance focus. This combination provides a calming effect and promotes a positive outlook by reducing stress levels, improving memory and attention and supporting the brain, resulting in the ability to concentrate on one’s goals – not the pressure.”
Here’s what I think:
I agree that Neuro Bliss is quite delicious. I found it to be very light and refreshing, especially over ice. The first day I tried it, I was feeling rather cranky and stressed. After Neuro Bliss, I felt more at peace and ready to tackle my day. I was impressed to feel a difference with just one serving. At only 35 calories, I was pleasantly surprised that Neuro Bliss did not have a strange aftertaste either.
Are you stressed? You are Not Alone!
According to a Neuro Drinks study, “Nearly 50 percent of Americans spend at least half their daily lives stressed out.” No surprise, right? In response, Neuro is urging Americans to join a stress reduction movement with the launch of its BLISS and Tell campaign, which encourages consumers to take time to relax and share their blissful moments.
How do you add Bliss to your life? #BlissandTell to WIN!
As in the top photo, I love some quiet time on my back deck. Once the kids are at school or camp, I try to take a few minutes for myself. This was a nice place for me to try Neuro Bliss too. I also love to get outdoors and hike with my family. With no schedule to follow, no to-do list, we love to enjoy the nature around us. The photo below is my #BLISSandTell moment. My family hiked to a lovely waterfall outside Seattle during our summer vacation a few weeks ago.
How about you? Share your own #BLISSandTell moment. Enter the BLISS & Tell contest and weekly giveaway for a chance to win a $10,000 dream vacation. Wow, now that would be BLISS for sure!

Never heard of this – going to have to try to find some for myself!
I tried this at Blogher. Love something that helps me reduce my stress.
Stress and SAHM go hand in hand. Thanks for the info I will be checking them out!
My son absolutely loves these drinks.
I need some of that! Thanks for sharing.
I’ve tried drinks like this, kind of the opposite of energy drinks, and they do seem to help me focus. We only have limited selection of Neuro flavors here, and I’d love to try the bigger range someday.
Very interesting. I am sure it would come in handy as I’m running down the road chasing the goats!
I just saw these drinks in our store the other day and wondered what exactly they were. Now I need to try one. My stress level have been through the roof this week.
You had me at “REDUCES STRESS” – I gotta’ find this stuff!
Interesting. I’ve never heard of this before but I definitely struggle with stress!
Wow! I’ve never heard of this, but I’m going to keep an eye out for it. Sounds like a great thing to keep on hand in case of a stress emergency… or deadlines at work. Next time I’m at Walgreens, I’ll snag some for sure.
