Saving Date Night with Walgreens Paperless Coupons
My husband and I rarely have a date night. We really should do it more often, but life tends to get in the way. We have two very busy kids with sports, dance, and other extracurricular actives. The cost of date nights can really add up with meals, movies and babysitting fees. So, we often sit at home with our pizza and a movie on cable. Not very romantic, right?
Well, I put my foot down and decided to book a date night. To help me prepare I headed over to Walgreens to purchase some new beauty items. I really needed a few new things to help me spruce up my look. I used the Walgreens Paperless Coupons to help me save a bunch of money. In fact, I saved enough to cover the babysitter for the night.
I always mean to use coupons, but I frequently forget to bring them with me. Walgreens Paperless Coupons to the rescue! I simply downloaded the Walgreens app for my smart phone and was able to virtually “clip” coupons to my account. It was super easy. You need to have an Walgreens Balance Reward membership, but it’s free and super easy to sign up. You can sign up at your local Walgreens, online at Walgreens.com or through the Walgreens app. In addition to paperless coupons, the Walgreens app has a bunch of other perks like refilling prescriptions, online shopping, ordering photos and more.
For my date night, I decided to spruce up with new mascara, nail polish, foundation, and a few other items. With the addition of a few grocery items I needed, I saved over twenty dollars. Cool, huh?
Here is my date night look. What do you think? I clean up quite nicely. Well, I’m not showing you me before, but let’s just say it was not pretty. I’m happy and my purse is “happy” with more funds in my wallet. Now my husband and I can enjoy a terrific date night thanks to Walgreens Paperless Coupons. The folks at Walgreens say, “Be Well.” I think they can now say “Save Well” too!
