After plyo yesterday, and a training session with a client, I am certainly feeling it today as well. So, I thought some tips on dealing with muscle soreness would be an appropriate topic for today.
Some folks think it’s fine to sit nearly all day and have a burst of fitness in one workout maybe 3 times a week. While this is better than nothing, it’s not enough, no by a long shot. Let’s look at some ideas to keep moving throughout the day.
