Most of the time motivation to get going every day to jog and exercise is the real problem. I too had to face it and I would like to tell you how raced it out.
Of course, a small little iPod with time-selected playlist of songs really gets my nerve going every morning.
The music, the sound vibs up my entire body and I tend to do an extra mile everyday with it.
It makes my mind happy and body out of calories 🙂
