We’ve also had trouble finding headsets that are made for the PC. Well these are BUILT for PC. The Turtle Beach Atlas One gaming headset provide immersive Windows Sonic surround sound and crystal-clear team chat. My son said with other headsets, there was often static or it was hard for his team members to hear him. With these headsets, everyone can hear him loud and clear. He loves that the surround sound brings the game to life so much more than his previous headsets.

Flip up Mic

Turtle Beach’s high-sensitivity mic is there when you need it, but also flips up out of the way to mute it when it’s not in use. My son says he’d rather not “see” the mic when he’s not using it, so he loves this feature.

Overall, my son says the sound quality is awesome. “They fit over my ears and the game sound is like being in a movie theater. I love it!”

Things to keep in mind:

Some desktop PCs have USB ports in the front for headsets. These do not connect this way. They come with an adapter to plug into the back audio input/output jacks. That said, it’s easy to set up. On our particular machine, we also boosted the mic for optimum sounds quality. It was a little quiet before we did that.
