  1. That really is hard to do, I try to at least twice a week and I just get so bored it’s a real challenge for me to get through! I need the weather to warm up so I can get to swimming.

    Thanks for stopping in Julie. I did an interval with about 3 minutes at 10 minute mile pace, then 1 minute at 8.5 minute mile with 30 second sprints of 7 minute miles. Mixing in the intervals really helps the time go by.

    That is a fantastic time! I’m lucky to get my miles under 12 minutes each, ha ha. Good for you!

  6. That’s amazing! I just can’t run outside when it’s this cold out – I can’t breathe.

      This was on the treadmill. I can’t breathe in the cold either.

    Thats a great time! Well under a ten minute mile. My husband always gets me to sprint every 5th minute, it’s really tiring but great for recovery!
    As we say in Ireland when someone is doing something well, ‘keep ‘er lit’.x
