Welcome to this Week’s Workout wednesday. I thought I’d link to my recent post about body image. How is your body image? Do you get caught up in negative self talk? Do you appreciate all the bumps and curves on your body? Share in a comment.
The featured blogger from last week’s link-up is Joyce from It’s Your Life. Last week, she featured some great free workouts from around the web. Joyce is a wife, mother of 3, homeschooler since 1997. She decided to blog on her passion for living a healthy, natural life style.
She also posted some great tips about mediation for body confident. Stop by and say hi.

Body image is such a tricky topic! I know mine is getting better the healthier I feel and the better I take care of my body. Let’s just say it’s a work in progress! #wowlinkup
I didn’t think so much about body image until I started my journey. Now that I’m about 30 lbs from goal all I can think of is this wingsuit I’ve developed from the weight loss. #wowlinkup
Thanks for sharing that post on body image! Definitely something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately with swimsuit season. I don’t always feel the most comfortable in a bathing suit but am trying hard to avoid negative self talk and fat talk with others. #wowlinkup
I would say I have a pretty positive body image of myself. I like my hips. LOL. #wowlinkup
Way to go!
It was just okay a few years ago and now it is fine. I hated having a ruler shape but I finally to accepted the body, I was born with. Visiting from #wowlinkup
Body acceptance is a great thing. I work on that everyday.
I am absolutely am in LOVE with Bexlife meditations! They always put me in a awesome mood!!!!
I will have to check this out.
Ah body image-depends on the day and sometimes the hour of the day. I know I feel best right after an intense workout. #wowlinkup
I am learning to accept my body more in my 40’s than every before.
