Workout Wednesday – Playground Workout

Welcome to this week’s Workout Wednesday. This week I’m sharing a fun workout from one of my guest bloggers. It’s a great workout you can do with you kids during a visit to your local playground.

The beauty of exercising in the park is you can get a full body work-out using just the playground equipment and the benches. If you would like to step it up a notch you can always bring a mat for abdominal work. Make sure, you also pack water, a towel, and hand sanitizer.

    It’s pretty awesome that you can get a full body workout right there at the playground. I usually find a shady spot to sit down. I need to change that!

  6. I actually just started incorporating our daily trips to the park into my workout. I love all of the different things I can do while still having fun with my kids and burning calories.
