Welcome to another Workout Wednesday. I’ve decided to start highlighting some other bloggers that create some great fitness content. This week, I’m featuring Amber Keinath who has recently created the Mama’s Gone Fit program. This month, she’s hosting a 30 Day Challenge with workouts that just take 4 minutes a day. She even has a printable workout calendar and YouTube Video. How cool is that? I met Amber online before she even had her baby. She’s come a long way and is inspiring other moms to get fit and healthy after baby. I highly recommend you check her out!
From Comeback Momma, check out my post regarding Plyometric Training from a few weeks ago. Have you tried this form of training? It’s a great calorie blaster!
Featured WOW Linkup Blogger
Each week, I’ll select a blog from the WOW link up. This week’s feature is SweshFit.com. Swesh Fit is a great site for some no-nonsense workouts that get it done in 15 minutes a day. Markita Staples is the founder of Swesh Fit. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine with over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry. This month, she has a 30 Day Paleo Challenge going on. Hop on over and check it out!

Fun and exciting childrens fitness and health. Helping children stay fit.
I love my 4 minute tabata workouts and I also have a couple of 4 minute tabata videos on YouTube. I might check out her Paleo diet challenge because I’m always tempted with eating too much sugar. Visiting from the #wowlinkup.
Love plyos! And I’m not a mom but I can definitely still appreciate a good, short and effective workout with my busy life!
Mama’s Gone Fit sounds like a very interesting program for new moms. I know a few so will definitely hook them up with her site. #wowlinkup
Love it! I will take anything that would motivate my butt off the couch
You can do it!
I am totally printing out the workout schedule! I do not have much time to work out but I can find 4 minutes!
Nice. Let me know how it goes.
Thanks for the great link up and information! I will be stopping by all the other blogs!
Cool. Thanks for linking up.
I really need to get into some sort of exercise routine. I don’t exercise at all on most days and need to get better about that!
Definitely. As we age, strength training is important to boost our metabolism and keep our skeleton straight and strong.
I’ve definitely got 4 minutes a day. This sounds like something I could do.
Love the idea of 4 minute workouts! Heading over to check out her site!
Amber has some great stuff. Enjoy!
