Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1-2 small habanero peppers, minced (depending on heat preference)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
