Dark Chocolate Chip Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate Premier Protein Whey Powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ΒΌ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a cake pan with parchment paper. I used a 9x13)

  3. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients.
  4. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into the lined cake pan. Smooth out into one even layer.
  6. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  7. Then turn off the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving. Enjoy!
